So how do teachers pay for this great interactive and educational field trip? Here are some options:
For In-Person Tours: Contact David: dtbiesanz12@icloud.com or text: (916) 801-0123
We charge $31 per student and chaperone that includes a personal tour guide who leads you through several options: Panning for Gold, admission to the California State Railroad Museum and Sutter’s Fort, as well as a Sacramento River Walk & Talk to the Delta King Paddlewheel, and a private tour of the California State Capitol (teachers are complementary). Please checkout our testimonials on our Home Page.
If you are interested in only the virtual tour:
There is a $300 flat fee per classroom, or $10 a student for smaller schools and classes. This will include full access to the virtual tour as well as extra teaching materials and a print out questionnaire that can be filled out by students. We have provided a sample of what these teaching materials will look like below. Upon purchasing the virtual tour, you will receive access to a private Youtube playlist that includes all 7 of the video tours.
Send us your information for more details!
The sample lesson plan and Student Questionnaire are listed below:
We are now offering in-person tours again! The virtual option is still available for purchase, and all classrooms that participate in person will receive a complimentary copy of the virtual tour as well! If you share this site with another 4th/5th Grade Class, and they also purchase access to the virtual tour, you will earn a $50 credit per classroom.
